Her career spans banking, lending, credit assessment, risk, and compliance, providing a deep understanding of how lenders assess applications and structure finance. This experience enables her to deliver well-considered lending strategies, anticipate challenges early, and advocate confidently on behalf of her clients.

The decision to open CMA Mortgage Solutions was deeply personal
My husband, Gus, was the one who inspired and encouraged me to take this step. He came up with the idea because he believed in me and recognised my knowledge and expertise. Having seen firsthand how hard I worked and the depth of my knowledge and skill set, he wanted me to embed that into my own business rather than continuing to share it with others. Gus is my rock and my biggest supporter, his unwavering belief in my abilities gave me the confidence to step out on my own.
My two sons Buddy and Elias, have also been an incredible source of inspiration and support throughout this journey. Together with Gus, they are my biggest supporters, and their encouragement reinforced my determination to build something meaningful, something that reflects the values I hold dear both professionally and personally.
Even the business name holds personal meaning. CMA stands for Caroline Melhem Adam, my first name, maiden name, and married name. I use Caroline Melhem Adam on social media, which helps school friends and longtime connections find and reconnect with me. When it came time to name the business, I chose CMA to keep it personal, I wanted customers to know they're dealing with me directly. Mortgage Solutions represents the heart of what we do, delivering personalised service and tailored solutions for every client.
I wanted to create a business where every client receives the level of service I believe they deserve, where their unique circumstances are truly understood, their questions are answered in plain language, and they feel supported and confident at every stage, from initial consultation through to settlement and beyond.
